Dr. Bobby Lampkin Jr., SPHR is an executive leadership strategist, author, and keynote speaker, and the founder of Lampkin Solutions. Over more than 15 years developing leaders across industries, he helps executives, teams, and organizations build the mindset, frameworks, and execution discipline to lead at the highest level. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and is SPHR-certified, a John Maxwell Certified Speaker and Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and a Certified DISC Behavioral Practitioner. He is the author of The Executive Mindset and The HOW Factor, with Permission to Lead Differently forthcoming in 2026, and hosts the Executive Mindset Brief.
