Example Message 1 – Direct to Client

“Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your Name] from Lampkin Solutions. We wanted to check in to ensure everything with your services is meeting expectations. We also want to make sure you take full advantage of your benefits. If you’d like to stop receiving messages, reply STOP. Quick question—do you have any new concerns or needs we can help with? Reply YES to learn more or STOP to opt out.”

Example Message 2 – Direct to Client

“Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your Name] from Lampkin Solutions. First, we want to say thank you for trusting us with your professional service needs! We also wanted to share that we offer a $200 referral bonus if you recommend us to someone who could benefit from our services. If you’d like to stop receiving messages, reply STOP. Would you recommend our services to a colleague or friend?”

2. Opt-Out Policy

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
